My History Fund supported by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation realizes project on development of a comprehensive international network of Centers for Open Education in Russian and teaching Russian aimed to raise interest in the Russian language, strengthen its position around the world, and also expand and support international and humanitarian relations. This initiative has already covered more than 50 countries around the world, including CIS countries, Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe.

According to the Instruction of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, from 2024 My History Fund acts as the federal operator of the comprehensive network of Centers for Open Education.
